An exciting finding! Using a PCI-e to PCI adapter, I was able to (briefly!) make my 3Dfx Voodoo2 work on a modern PC running Windows 10. Will continue exploring this!
I used a PCI-e to PCI adapter to connect a 3Dfx Voodoo2 to my Windows 10 PC. And it actually works!
